By accessing and using FraudFlow's services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FraudFlow provides AI powered fraud detection and prevention services for insurance companies and financial institutions. Our services include:

• Fraud scoring and detection powered by FRAUDFLOW Predict - AI
• FRAUDFLOW Network - Social network analysis of fraud gangs
• FRAUDFLOW Image Map - Image and document analysis
• FRAUDFLOW Clean Claim - Automatic claims processing

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree that:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Protecting the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Not sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FraudFlow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.

8. Compensation

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold FraudFlow harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye without regard to conflicting law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
